    パフォーマンス排気カワサキZ900/Z1000/z1r  と鈴木gs1000/gsx1100刀

 

Speciaal door ons ontworpen en extern voor ons gefabriceerde 4 in 1 uitlaat met ultra korte demper (niet goedgekeurd voor de openbare weg) voor o.a.:

 

             KAWASAKI Z900/1000, Z1000/1100 J/R en GPZ modellen

                    SUZUKI GS1000, GSX1100 en GSX1150E modellen

 

 

                          

 

           

 

 

 

 

 

                  

 

                      

    

Lengte en diameters van de bochten en onderpijp berekend voor het verhogen van het topvermogen en het maximum koppel. (Leuk detail : Wij gebruiken dezelfde Software als Akrapovic voor de uitlaatberekeningen...)

De vier conisch verlopende bochten worden dmv veren aan de kop en in de speciale 'Formule 1' collector bevestigd.

De onderpijp is halverwege te verdraaien om er voor te zorgen dat de uitlaat superstrak langs het frame te monteren is, om de meeste grondspeling te garanderen in rechtse bochten.

Het geheel uit RVS vervaardigde systeem is van binnen en van buiten voorzien van een zwarte Keramische Coating, terwijl de demper is voorzien van een 'Chromex' keramische laag om de Classic Superbike look jarenlang mooi te laten blijven en het onderhoud tot een minimum te beperken.

Lenght and diameter of the conical shaped front pipes and mid-pipe are designed to give maximum HP and Torque figures. (Nice to know detail ; We use the same Software calculations as Akrapovic exhausts)

All slip-joints are connected with SS springs in the Stainless spigots and Formula ! style collector.

Mid-pipe is detachable halfway, so you can twist and turn it to suit your bikes rear-sets and create the optimum grond clearance in right-hand corners.

The complete system will be ceramic coated black, inside and out, to keep the hot exhaust gases inside the system to help scavenge the combustion-chambers.

We think we created the perfect aftermarket exhaust for the Oldschool Dinosaurs ever, for a reasonable price.
